Kelly DesRosiers

Kelly DesRosiers is an Assistant Vice President, Trust Officer and Relationship Manager within Washington Trust Bank’s Wealth Management & Advisory Services, serving clients in eastern Washington.

Kelly is dedicated to working directly with her clients in all aspects of their personal wealth management. She works closely with individuals, families, businesses and their advisors in the coordination of financial plans to each entity’s individual goals.

Kelly’s focus and administration is in personal trust and estate administration. She assists her clients in planning for their future needs and reaching their financial goals. Through open communication, she ensures stability in all aspects of the trust and estate administration process, keeping her clients informed and educated.

By engaging with a team of dedicated professionals at Washington Trust Bank, she helps ensure confidence in her clients’ planning for all involved.

Raquel Ramage

As a Senior Trust Officer, Raquel provides trust and estate services to individuals and families at all stages of life and helps manage the complexities of wealth preservation and distribution. She works with a seasoned team of specialists well versed in the interpretation of governing documents, taxation and relevant state statutes that impact the administration of accounts. In addition, Raquel administers accounts for corporations and non-profit organizations, and she is responsible for administration of trusts where U.S. Bank has been named trustee.

Raquel began her career in the banking and financial services industry in 2013. Prior to joining U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management, Raquel worked as a Trust Relationship Manager at Columbia Trust Company. Her professional background includes building and strengthening existing client relationships. She specializes in account administration and fiduciary risk management issues including discretionary actions, communication with beneficiaries and professional advisors.

Raquel is an active member of her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for Coeur d’Alene Public Library Foundation. She is also a member of the Spokane Estate Planning Council and the Women’s Gift Alliance.

Raquel resides in Coeur d’Alene. When she is not at work, she enjoys gardening, walking and yoga.
